Covid-19 (Coronavirus)

Our Talking Therapy Services is changing so that we can provide support for those who are self-isolating, anxious about the impact of the virus on themselves, family and their loved ones, as well as continuing to provide support for people with problems such as stress, anxiety, depression and insomnia. We are also offering support to NHS staff affected by Covid-19.

To meet the challenge of Covid-19 situation we have temporarily changed the way that our services work and the support that we offer. We can offer focused support to people by telephone or video call and can also offer online treatments.

We hope to be able to move back to our normal service as quickly as we can once the Covid-19 situation is over.

Self-referral to Kensington & Chelsea, Paddington and Queen's Park Talking Therapies

The first thing to do is to make sure that you live in the Borough of Kensington and Chelsea or in Paddington or Queen’s Park.
