Covid-19 (Coronavirus)

Our Talking Therapy Services is changing so that we can provide support for those who are self-isolating, anxious about the impact of the virus on themselves, family and their loved ones, as well as continuing to provide support for people with problems such as stress, anxiety, depression and insomnia. We are also offering support to NHS staff affected by Covid-19.

To meet the challenge of Covid-19 situation we have temporarily changed the way that our services work and the support that we offer. We can offer focused support to people by telephone or video call and can also offer online treatments.

We hope to be able to move back to our normal service as quickly as we can once the Covid-19 situation is over.

If your mental health deteriorates or if you experience any thoughts of suicide or self-harm, please contact the CNWL Single Point of Access Crisis Team on 0800 0234 650 or the Samaritans for free on 116 123.

Service User Involvement

If you have experience of using any of our services, we would like to hear from you. Your views and ideas about the service could help us to improve our services.

We hold regular Focus Groups for people who have used our services in the past. These provide an opportunity for us to gain valuable feedback, and are a unique setting to meet others who have also attended treatment. People often enjoy these groups as they involve a comfortable and informal setting to have their voices and opinions heard.  Focus Groups are not therapy groups, so no personal or sensitive issues will be discussed.

If you are interested in attending a Focus Group, please let us know by sending an email to the service you received treatment from.
